The Wunti Al-Khair Foundation has successfully concluded its Annual JAMB Support Initiative, registering 500 applicants free of charge across various Local Government Areas of the state. The exercise, which lasted for three days, was aimed at expanding access to tertiary education opportunities for young people, particularly those from underserved communities.
The initiative covered the registration for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), removing financial barriers that often prevent qualified students from pursuing higher education. By fully sponsoring the registration process, the Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to promoting inclusive and equitable access to education.

A significant highlight of the program was the inclusion of a good number of women and persons with special needs among the beneficiaries. This deliberate effort reflects the Foundation’s dedication to gender equity and support for vulnerable groups, ensuring that no aspiring student is left behind due to economic or physical challenges.
Beneficiaries expressed gratitude for the timely intervention, describing the support as a major relief to their families. One of the beneficiaries Fatima Adamu Sale, from Bauchi Local Government, noted that without the Foundation’s assistance, registering for the examination would have been difficult.
The initiative includes a scholarship for the beneficiaries who score 210 marks and above after the examination.
The Annual JAMB Support Initiative has become one of the flagship educational interventions of Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, reinforcing its ongoing efforts to empower youth, promote academic advancement, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable development through education.
