The Northern Youth Alliance for Peace and Development (NYAPD) paid a courtesy visit to Wunti Al-Khair Foundation to formally inform the Foundation of the forthcoming Bauchi @50 Celebration, during which an award of recognition will be presented to Wunti Al-Khair Foundation in acknowledgment of its contributions to community development and social impact.
The delegation led by Comr. Najeeb Mu’azu, briefed the Foundation on the objectives and planned activities surrounding the Bauchi @50 celebration, highlighting the significance of the milestone in reflecting on the state’s progress and recognizing institutions that have contributed meaningfully to peace, development, and youth empowerment.
Addressing the delegation, the Director of Programs at Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, Mr. Ango Mustapha, expressed appreciation for the visit and the recognition accorded to the Foundation. He reaffirmed the Foundation’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote unity, economic empowerment, and sustainable development in Bauchi State.
Mr. Mustapha pledged that the Foundation would purchase exhibition slots (stalls) for small-scale businesses in Bauchi as part of its support for the Bauchi @50 celebration, aimed at promoting local entrepreneurship and providing visibility for emerging businesses. He further assured the delegation of the Foundation’s readiness to provide the necessary support required to ensure the success of the celebration and its associated programs.
The visit underscored the importance of collaboration between youth-led organizations and development-focused institutions in advancing peace, inclusion, and economic opportunities within the state. Both parties expressed optimism about working together to make the Bauchi @50 celebration impactful and memorable.
