The Doctors’ Wives Association of Nigeria (DWAN), Bauchi State Chapter, led by its State Chairlady, Mrs. Aisha Shuaibu Salami, has called for strategic collaboration with Wunti Al-Khair Foundation in areas of shared development priorities, including girl-child education, women empowerment, and youth development.
The call was made during a courtesy and engagement visit aimed at exploring synergies between the Association and the Foundation. Mrs. Salami emphasized the importance of partnerships in addressing critical social challenges, noting that sustainable impact is best achieved through collaboration with organizations that share similar values and community-focused goals.
She highlighted the Association’s interest in working with Wunti Al-Khair Foundation on initiatives that promote access to education for girls, economic empowerment for women, and capacity-building opportunities for young people, particularly at the grassroots level.
In his response, the Director of Programs at Wunti Al-Khair Foundation, Mr. Ango Mustapha, welcomed the Doctors’ Wives Association and expressed the Foundation’s readiness to collaborate. He reaffirmed Wunti Al-Khair Foundation’s commitment to building meaningful partnerships that align with its mission of promoting education, empowerment, and social development.
Mr. Mustapha pledged that the Foundation would actively engage the Association in areas of mutual interest, stressing that collaboration would enhance reach, efficiency, and impact.
The meeting marked an important step toward strengthening cooperation between both organizations, with expectations that the partnership will contribute significantly to improving the lives of women, girls, and youths across Bauchi State.
