The Wunti Al-Khair Foundation has sponsored a daily Tafsir (Qur’anic exegesis) program broadcast across multiple radio stations during the holy month of Ramadan across Bauchi State, bringing Islamic teachings to thousands of listeners.
The initiative, which airs every evening after Iftar, features renowned Islamic scholars who provide in-depth explanations of the Qur’an, focusing on themes of mercy, patience, and charity—core values of Ramadan. The program aims at making religious knowledge accessible to Muslims, especially those unable to attend physical mosque lectures.
Closing the tafsir, many scholars commended the foundation for its commitment to religious education. "This program helps people reflect on the Qur’an’s message while fulfilling their daily routines," said the Chief Imam of Umar Ibn Khattaf Juma’at Mosque. "Such efforts strengthen faith and community bonds."
