Wunti Al-Khair Foundation Sponsors 20 Orphans to Independence Day Celebration at Federal Polytechnic Bauchi

In a heartwarming gesture to mark Nigeria’s 65th Independence Day, the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation sponsored 20 orphans from the Bauchi State Orphans and Vulnerable Children Agency (BASOVCA) to participate in an exciting celebration organized by the Eesha Learning Foundation at the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi.
The event brought together children from different backgrounds to celebrate the spirit of unity and nationhood through a variety of engaging activities. Participants showcased their talents and creativity in poetry recitals, speeches, chess competitions, icebreaker games, and other interactive sessions, all designed to promote confidence, teamwork, and self-expression among the children.
Representatives of the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation said the sponsorship reflects the organization’s ongoing commitment to empowering orphans and vulnerable children, ensuring they are not left out of meaningful social and educational experiences.
The management of BASOVCA expressed gratitude to the Foundation for its continuous support, describing the initiative as a memorable experience that gave the orphans a sense of belonging during the national celebration.
