Relief on the way for Eye patients in Bauchi

Wunti Al-Khair Foundation explores partnership with Makka Eye Hospital, Signs Memorandum of Understanding to Enhance Vision Care Initiatives.

The visit, led by the Hospital Manager Mr. Abdullahi Badamasi, stated that the purpose of the visit is to collaborate with the Foundation based on a shared aim - of helping the less privileged members of the society.

In his remark, the Hospital Director, Mr Abdullahi Badamasi explained that part of the eye services provided by the Hospital is PHACO - a cutting edge method of eye treatment with high technology can be found only in Makka Eye Hospital throughout the Northwest and Northeast regions.

In his response, the Director of Programs of the Foundation Mr. Ango Mustapha, assured the management of the hospital of the Foundation’s readiness  to open a Closed Ended Retainership Account with the hospital - where eye patients cleared and sent by the Foundation would be treated by the Hospital at no cost.

Finally, the Makka Eye Management team thanked the Management and staff of Wunti Al-Khair Foundation for their continued support to the downtrodden and promised to render help where needed.
