6. Wunti Al-Khair Foundation marks International Day of Education

 In commemoration of the International Day of Education, officials from Wunti A-Khair Foundation paid a special visit to Bakari Dikku Primary School today, 24th Jan, 2025 - engaging pupils and teachers in a day of motivational activities, learning sessions, and donations to support quality education.

The day aligned with the United Nations’ International Day of Education, the event underscored the need for inclusive and equitable education worldwide. The Foundation reiterated its pledge to advocate for policies and initiatives that ensure no child is left behind.

The event, themed “Education for All: Building a Brighter Future,” featured interactive sessions, quiz, and speeches designed to inspire young learners. The Foundation’s team led by the Director Of Programs, Mr. Ango Mustapha, emphasized the importance of education in unlocking opportunities and encouraged students to dream big.

In his speech, the Director Of Programs,  highlighted the Foundation’s commitment to bridging educational gaps:

“Every child deserves access to quality education. Today, we celebrate not just learning but also the potential within each student to shape a better tomorrow.”

Receiving the souvenirs from the team, the school Headteacher expressed gratitude, stating:

“This visit has uplifted our students and reinforced the importance of education. We are grateful for the Foundation’s support and encouragement.”
