As part of its commitment to youth empowerment and creative development, the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation co-sponsored the Bauchi Young Creatives Festival, a grand event that marked the culmination of a three-month training program on entrepreneurship skills and creative arts - a community development program organized by corp members in Bauchi State. The festival took place at the Double 4 Event Centre, Bauchi, drawing an enthusiastic audience of young innovators, artists, mentors, and community leaders.
The training program, which ran over three months, was designed to equip young people with practical skills in creative arts, business development, and innovation, enabling them to transform their talents into viable entrepreneurial ventures. The festival served as both a graduation ceremony and a showcase of the participants’ creativity and business ideas.
In recognition of outstanding performance, cash prizes totaling ₦220,000 were awarded to the top three winners of the entrepreneurship and creative arts competitions. In addition, scholarships covering one year of basic tuition fees were presented to the top three best participants, in appreciation of their commitment, innovation, and excellence throughout the program.
The Bauchi Young Creatives Festival featured exhibitions and different performances where participants presented their artistic works. The atmosphere was filled with inspiration and celebration, as attendees witnessed how the program had transformed ideas into impactful initiatives.
Participants and guests expressed appreciation to Wunti Al-Khair Foundation and other partners for their support in nurturing young talents and creating platforms for youth development.
The Foundation’s co-sponsorship of the festival aligns with its broader vision of promoting education, entrepreneurship, and community development across Bauchi State and Nigeria at large.
