To strengthen its community engagement and youth leadership, <\/strong>the Wunti Al-Khair Foundation convened a ceremony at Event Centre, Bauchi, to formally offboard its outgoing Local Government Ambassadors and onboard a new cohort of ambassadors drawn from across 2o LGAs in the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event served as both a celebration of the remarkable contributions of the outgoing ambassadors and an opportunity to usher in a new generation of young leaders committed to advancing community development and social impact within their respective local government areas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the recognition ceremony, outgoing ambassadors were presented with Certificates of Completion and Certificates of Recommendation in appreciation of their dedication, service, and contributions throughout their tenure. The awards reflected the Foundation\u2019s commitment to recognizing excellence and empowering young people to continue their leadership journeys beyond the ambassadorial program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event featured a series of presentations designed to inspire, reflect, and chart a path forward for the incoming cohort. Delivering a leadership presentation titled \u201cInfluence, Integrity, and Impact: The Three Pillars of Ambassadorship,\u201d<\/strong> Ango Mustapha challenged participants to embrace ethical leadership, uphold integrity, and leverage their influence to create meaningful change within their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The introduction of the newly selected ambassadors was led by Jamilu Mato, who welcomed the new cohort and highlighted the importance of their role as representatives of the Foundation at the grassroots level. He encouraged the ambassadors to approach their responsibilities with commitment, innovation, and a spirit of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on the journey and accomplishments of the outgoing ambassadors, Abubakar Muhammad Yanmaza, the foundation\u2019s M&E Officer,  presented a comprehensive review of their achievements and contributions. He commended the ambassadors for their efforts in advancing community engagement, supporting Foundation programs, and serving as effective links between local communities and development initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Looking ahead, Abbas Muhammad, who is a Media and Communications\u2019 Officer outlined the strategic goals and upcoming activities for the new cohort. He emphasized the Foundation\u2019s vision of strengthening grassroots participation, expanding community outreach, and enhancing the impact of ambassador-led initiatives across Bauchi State.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ceremony provided a valuable platform for knowledge transfer between outgoing and incoming ambassadors, fostering continuity and reinforcing the Foundation\u2019s mission of developing capable young leaders who can drive positive change within their communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking at the event, participants expressed appreciation for the opportunities provided through the ambassadorial program and reaffirmed their commitment to promoting the values of service, leadership, and community development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
