The EmpowerHer Initiative<\/strong>, powered by Wunti Al-Khair Foundation<\/strong>, has organized a capacity-building workshop<\/strong> for its members aimed at strengthening their leadership, project management, and data utilization skills for greater community impact. The workshop brought together young women and community volunteers dedicated to driving social change through innovative and service-based initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The intensive training featured several interactive sessions led by experienced facilitators across key thematic areas. Miss Hannatu Sama\u2019ila<\/strong> delivered an insightful presentation on \u201cProject Management: From Planning to Execution,\u201d<\/em> where she guided participants through the fundamentals of project design, implementation, and sustainability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In another session, Miss Noaddiah Babas<\/strong> facilitated an engaging discussion on \u201cData-Driven Decision Making and Impact Measurement,\u201d<\/em> emphasizing the importance of using data to plan, monitor, and evaluate projects effectively. She underscored that evidence-based planning is critical for ensuring accountability and long-term success of community programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Muhammad Auwal Adam<\/strong> presented on \u201cCommunication and Emotional Intelligence,\u201d<\/em> highlighting the role of empathy, active listening, and interpersonal skills in building stronger teams and achieving organizational goals. His session featured practical exercises on managing emotions and improving collaborative communication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The workshop also included a thought-provoking session by Mr. Mustapha Ango<\/strong> titled \u201cRipple Effect: Team Dynamics and Service-Based Growth,\u201d<\/em> which explored how teamwork, shared vision, and service-oriented leadership can amplify collective impact within communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to the facilitator-led sessions, participants engaged in brainstorming exercises on problem identification<\/strong>, where they discussed real-life social challenges affecting women and girls, and developed ideas for potential community-based solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
